Crockett Blames White Supremacists for 80% of Violent Crimes; Says Tired of ‘White Tears’ from ‘Mediocre White Boys’ on DEI

Monday, during an appearance on CNN, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) gave a wide-ranging interview in which she railed against the Trump administration and its efforts to eradicate so-called diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies from the federal government.

The Texas Democrat incorrectly blamed “white supremacists” for 80% of the country’s violent crime.

She also said the DEI pushback was a product of “white tears” from “mediocre white boys.”

CNN needs to correct this blatant lie. Here’s the real stats using FBI statistics: Blacks are about 14% of the population. Whites are about 75% when you include what the FBI calls ‘White Latinos’.

If all things are equal you’d expect Blacks to commit 14% of violent crime and Whites to commit around 75% (if you include White Hispanics) but that’s not the case.

FBI says Blacks (mostly men which account for about 7% of the entire population) commit:

51.2% of ALL Murders
26.7% of ALL Rapes
52.7% of ALL Robberies
33.2% of ALL Felony Assaults

Those stats would be even worse if some cities were actually able to catch criminals... I imagine most drive by shootings don't end up in arrests (thus keeping those 7% numbers from being higher).

If a white representative went on tv and said "I’m so tired of black tears from mediocre black women" — it would not only be the biggest story in the country — we would be talking about their expulsion from Congress. This racist double standard needs to end.
