I think Trump's wheels have been turning for the past 4 years and knows what needs to be done, and yes he is concentrating extensively on MAGA.

I really questioned whether he really learned anything from the first go around.

So far it looks like he has. I hope his momentum continues. We'll see how much of this lasts or gets reversed when the empire strikes back, and it will. Hopefully they are following the processes by the letter of the law so that there is no standing to reverse it. We'll see.

The worst case is he gets rid of a bunch of federal employees and then 6 months from now they get reinstated by the courts with back pay - all for doing nothing.

Well, that'd be six months they weren't making the country FUBAR. Still a win.
