J6 Protester Pardoned by President Trump Gunned Down by Sheriff’s Deputy During Traffic Stop in Indiana

A J6 protester pardoned by Trump was killed by an Indiana police officer over the weekend.

FOX 32 Chicago reported at 4:15 p.m. local time Sunday that 42-year-old Matthew W. Huttle of Hobart, Indiana, was stopped by a Jasper County sheriff’s deputy during a traffic stop near the Pulaski County line.  Police say the deputy attempted to arrest Huttle after stopping him, but the civilian resisted.

The officer responded by firing his weapon and killing Huttle following a supposed fight.

“An altercation took place between the suspect and the officer, which resulted in the officer firing his weapon and fatally wounding the suspect,” the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

Huttle was one of the over 1,500 political prisoners persecuted by the Biden regime for daring to protest the results of the 2020 Presidential election inside the Capitol. He was arrested in Boise, Idaho on November 28, 2022.

Matthew Huttle, 42, pleaded guilty to entering the U.S. Capitol and was on supervised release before President Donald Trump pardoned him last week.

An Indiana man who was recently pardoned for his participation in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot was shot and killed during a traffic stop by a sheriff's deputy Sunday.

Matthew Huttle, 42, was involved in a traffic stop at 4:15 p.m. by a Jasper County sheriff’s deputy, authorities said in a news release. It alleged that Huttle resisted arrest and was found to have a firearm on him.

"An altercation took place between the suspect and the officer, which resulted in the officer firing his weapon and fatally wounding the suspect," the release said.

Sheriff Patrick Williamson requested an investigation by the Indiana State Police. The deputy was placed on paid administrative leave  .  .  .

If this man had no criminal history, his family should sue the living crap out of the network for implying he did. Yeah, this has a smell to it.

Dash cam? Body cam? why was he pulled over? What was he being arrested for? etc...

I'd need a lot more information.

From the Article:
"Federal authorities charged Huttle with multiple misdemeanor offenses for recording his entry into the Capitol’s Senate Wing and walking through several locations inside.

The Northwest Indiana Times reported Huttle was sentenced to six months in federal prison before he was released on July 17."
Either this is very poor writing or I am missing something. Did he have previous charges? First off how do you get 6 months in as federal prison, and why a federal prison for Misdemeanor offenses? That is a county sentence.

From what I can tell, both sides (left and right) are holding off somewhat on this story, cause it could be dynamite. I saw one link to it, on the Liberty Daily news aggregate.

I wouldn't mind a ping to this story if something develops please.

Do you really believe a traffic cop in Indiana is part of some nationwide conspiracy to railroad Jan 6 rioters? Do you really think they carry photos of the rioters around to shoot them if they stop them for some reason?

Ran his plates and up came his name and record. Just like that. If the cop really thought Jan 6 rioters will out to kill cops as the MSM has reported he well have been agitated from the git go. I'll wait for some evidence either way. There damn well better some video of this.
