1. Stick your idiot litmus tests ...
2. I challenged "his statement trivializing Covid19 flu", first, with my own experience, nearly two weeks in the hospital and the grossly obvious fact that hundreds of thousands died, of Covid. I challenged "his statement trivializing Covid19 flu", second, by pointing out the simple fact that influenza viruses are not coronaviruses, i.e. with a basic fact.
3. Hodkinson is making claims well outside of and beyond his specialty. That is simple fact, not ad hominem. Hodkinson himself claimed his company sold medical tests he claimed are worthless, OTOH, AP revealed his company's registered business address is a condo complex. So, seller of medical fraud or phony corporate shell, your choice, but at least one of the alternatives is fact, not ad hominem.
4. Speaking of ad hominem attacks, stop whining about what you yourself have done, aimed at me, multiple times.

@SZonian, I have worked in hardware electronics for nearly 50 years and have no investments in anything medical. I'm "shilling" nothing. If the facts I post inconvenience what you - or anyone else - want to believe, that is not my problem.
Fact is, I got COVID. LIke an idiot, I didn't recognize it until I got some significant congestion in my lungs, but by virtue of having survived pneumonia in '02, was very good at coughing that up. I did go to the urgent care (what a zoo) was tested and came out positive for COVID. I had Ivermectin ("horse paste"--same dose per pound as for humans), I had zinc supplements and the benefit of a diet high in red meat. The doctor prescribed Doxycycline. Despite two comorbidities and being over 60, I followed the IVM/Doxycycline/Zinc protocol supplemented with about 2000mg Vitamin C daily. I was reasonably well in a week, and back up to speed in two (yes, there is a lingering pulmonary aftereffect, but for me it was short.)
However, to whatever you want to credit that, be it individual variation or the regimen I took, is up to you. For me, it worked, and I was back up and running at full speed in two weeks, despite the comorbidities and allowing the bug to advance a day or two more than I should have.
I never got any COVID shots.
I won't.
My biggest issue with the shots is not so much the shots themselves, although there are problems depending on the lot with adverse reactions which have been documented.
My issue is that in order to maintain the EUA to distribute the shots, sometimes via stiff-arm tactics, the viable treatments were 'discredited' using official means, and shots of questionable efficacy and safety were administered on a global basis with little testing while effective treatments were suppressed in order to make the widespread distribution of the shots a possibility, and an economic multibillion dollar boon for their purveyors and those holding even fractional royalty interests, despite the revelation that the shots did not prevent COVID.
Some people got very rich, others died, because of this.
While I was disinclined to trust government (as anyone should be--'eternal vigilance' and all that), the situation has the appearance of a 'private/public partnership' to administer useless meds to the world at a huge profit, enforced by government entities which pushed the envelope of totalitarian edicts about as far as they could, to the great detriment of the populations those government officials serve, for possible personal pecuniary gain.
Research I had done exposed the lies early on, those links were provided, and went to peer reviewed publications, not some website you might regard as quackery. Even so, if one chased down the sources the websites referenced that you consider quacks or snake oil salesmen, often those eventually led to peer reviewed papers that had been summarized. So, when I found those, I gave those links, too.
I read the studies done to 'debunk' treatment with IVM or HCQ, and they only used part of the regimen, issuing either the ionophore or the ionophore and antibiotic, but never (as in not once) the zinc supplementation. The ionophore was part of the regimen to get the zinc into the cells to disrupt viral replication, as had been discovered in 2005 in studies of SARS, effective
in vitro and
in vivo. Yeah, that link was provided too.
It was the equivalent of sending empty landing craft to the beach in an invasion--The studies were constructed to show failure of HCQ and IVM to benefit patients, and were conducted on admitted and ICU (later stage) patients, not as an early onset regimen as intended, when it would stop the most damage. One study even administered lethal doss of Chloroquine to patients in Brazil, and when the patients died of Chloroquine toxicity, CNN shifted gears from talking about HCQ to talking about the Chloroquine study (as if they were the same drug), but only said that they had to stop because the patients were dying, not that they'd been administered 12,000+ mg of a long half-life drug in a week, with an LD50 of 3500mg.
I could go on, but I'd be surprised if you've even read this far.
Media/Government entities/the Medical Establishment/ and the Pharma Companies colluded in a massive disinformation campaign, made effective drugs difficult to obtain (even people taking HCQ for RA or Lupus had difficulty obtaining the medication) and while placing the global population at risk, made a fortune.
I would not trust anything from the lot of them.
If I go to a doctor, I usually have done my homework and know what is wrong with me when I walk in. I just need them to write the note that lets me get what I need to fight it, or someone to do the lab work to get more data.
Take a serious look at what was done--through the media, the government, the Medical Industry, and the Pharmaceutical Companies. It stinks on ice.
Dig deeper, even if you doubt. Even Mercola won't just pull something out of his hindparts--there is a source, somewhere, those articles are based on, and when the 'pop' sites come up with something, I am one to dig back to see if the source is valid scientifically accurate, and whether it says what they say it says.
Summary dismissal is not good science, either.
