Local Weather Patterns
 they're reshaping local climates too!

Note the wording.  First the article says they are changing local WEATHER patterns.  Not changing global warming.

They are reshaping local climate patterns, not causing them.  When will it be known how much they have changed climate?  In 30 years.  Climate is about the long-term patterns of weather while local weather is about what is currently occurring.

It is currently =4 with light snow here.  That is the weather.

When all the daily weather observations are compiled in 30 years, we will know the climate of the area.  Of course, the government might change the definitions of climate and weather to fit a money making scam against the American people for politicians.
