There are still operational B-1 squadrons, which I've posted before. As recently as February 2024 a couple of B-1s conducted a strike in the ME against terrorist targets. There are also several mothballed B-1s at Davis-Monthan which can be restored and upgraded to current configuration should an operational B-1 have an accident and be BER.

As for most feared, among jet-age US bombers, I think the B-52 holds that crown.
