More than 140 Democrats voted against a House bill to deport illegal immigrants convicted of sex crimes on Thursday.

The legislation passed along bipartisan lines in a 274 to 145 vote. All present Republicans supported the bill, while the opposition was all made up of Democratic lawmakers.

The bill was first introduced by Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., in the 118th Congress but was not taken up by the formerly Democrat-controlled Senate. At the time, 158 Democrats voted against the bill.

"Our country has been ravaged by a horror of illegal immigrants…violently raping American women and girls," Mace said during debate on the bill. "I know the lifelong scars, the irreversible scars, these heinous crimes leave behind." ...

That's 145 PAC and SuperPAC targets for 2026 primaries and general elections.  Commence the full frontal assault on the political futures of those 145 House Dems.

If the Dems want to make a last stand on the Illegal Immigration, let's give 'em hell.

On Thursday, the House passed a bill that would see illegal immigrants convicted of sex crimes be deported from the country. 145 Democrats voted against the bill.

A bipartisan group of lawmakers voted for the bill, with the legislation passing with 274 votes. All present Republicans voted for the bill.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) introduced the bill in the 118th Congress, but it was not taken up by the then-Democrat-controlled Senate. 158 Democrats voted against the bill at that time, Fox News reported.

Mace wrote after the bill passed, "More of our colleagues from the Left side of the aisle voted to pass HR 30 this time around because they have no elections coming up this year, and no open-borders presidential candidate to defend. House GOP never wavered on our priorities to stand with women. The Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act passed 274-145."

If the defendants were actually caught in the act is one thing.

145 Democrats voted against the bill.

I sure hope Trump hangs this around the Rats necks in all the districts he won that elected a Rat representative. It doesn't matter if that Congressperson voted for it or not their party supports letting convicted sex offenders stay and if they are the majority they will push to do so.

A total of 145 House Democrats voted against legislation Thursday that would require the deportation of illegal migrants who commit sexual offenses or domestic violence in the United States.

The Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act, introduced by Republican South Carolina Rep. Nancy Mace, passed the House 274-145 with just 61 House Democrats, less than a third of the Democratic conference, supporting the bill. The legislation would also bar the entry of immigrants convicted of sex crimes, according to the bill text.


“No family should endure the heartbreak the families of Laken Riley, Mollie Tibbetts, Karina Vetrano, and Maddie Hines have experienced. Every woman and every girl deserves to feel safe in their own community,” Mace said following the bill’s passage. “The radical left doesn’t agree with this. One hundred and forty-five liberals in Congress love illegal immigrant rapists and murders. House Republicans united to expand protections for women and put the safety of Americans first.”

So, Biden, who says the ERA should be considered approved, thinks women have an equal right to be raped (only by illegal immigrants of course), just like the 145 democrats think illegals have a right to rape. :pondering:

Yeah, I thought it curious that the Dems purport to be so pro-ERA (and celebrating when they thought it had magically been added to the Constitution), but are, in fact, against keeping actual women safe from harm.
