I wonder if it will be rushed through the senate so Biden can veto it before Trump takes office? :shrug:

Doesn't matter if it's rushed or not.
Gonna have a hard (as in, "nearly impossible") time getting through the Senate.

... at least so long as the filibuster remains in force.
