One of the most interesting chapters of Bass’ political career and international travel involves her past excursions to communist Cuba. The former U.S. congresswoman turned metropolitan mayor played a significant role with the Venceremos Brigade —a group linked to Cuba's communist regime.

History of the Venceremos Brigade
The Venceremos Brigade, founded in 1969, is a U.S.-based organization that has facilitated trips for Americans to Cuba in defiance of U.S. travel restrictions. The group was formed by young activists in solidarity with the Marxist-Leninst Cuban Revolution, aiming to challenge U.S. policies toward Cuba, including economic sanctions—referred to as the “blockade” in alignment with Fidel Castro’s rhetoric—and travel bans.

I don't know why Americans have so hard of a time grasping this stuff. The commies sneak around behind the curtain plotting, organizing, networking and coordinating with billions of dollars behind them, and it's conspiracy theory to think our Rat elected officials might be part of it and have been groomed for the seats they are elected to.

Told a relative a few days back it's like she's got marching orders and isn't even hardly allowed to speak. She was attending the inauguration of Ghana's President. What, if any, her connection to him is, I didn't find.

Before that while mayor, she had gone to Mexico for the inauguration of President Claudia Sheinbaum.

I think she was at both events to pick up "How Too's" on modern communism.
