A Defense Health Agency (DHA) training manual promoting extreme Woke transgender ideology for military healthcare providers has been uncovered.

The training resources aim “to create an understanding of ‘gender identity,’ foster an inclusive environment, and support ‘gender-affirming care.’”
 
Key learning objectives include familiarizing the Department of Defense’s physicians with the military’s transgender healthcare policy, including understanding key terms and differentiating between gender identity, gender expression, and “sex assigned at birth.”
