But I agree with so many others who have said these last-minute "on the way out the door" secretive so-called 'pardons' will not do much good to protect the blatant unrepentant Federal criminals to whom they were given. Justice has a way of winning in the long term.

What Biden is doing is NOT AT ALL what Presidential pardons were intended to do. Presidential pardons were intended to protect victims from an abusive, perhaps exaggerated judicial sentence. Presidential pardons were never intended to be used by the President as some kind of 'legal shield' to protect his own personal friends and family. Using pardons in this way is the very definition of abuse of power and corruption.

Absolutely true. If a guy tells another guy 'you are a lucky man', he is saying, I would bang your wife like fourth of July.

It is different in other places in the world. When I first moved to the Middle East I said to a guy, Hey! How are you? ... How's the family ... how is the wife.

He suddenly became serious and looked dead at me, What do you care about my wife? Around the world out of America, do not ask or comment on a man's wife. Just don't do it.

The Trump State Department implemented a landmark "One Flag Policy" policy on Monday, barring U.S. outposts at home and abroad from flying any other flag but the Stars and Stripes. per the Free Beacon.

It effectively bans American facilities from displaying flags affiliated with left-wing movements, including the pride and Black Lives Matter flags that flew over U.S. government buildings under Biden.
