Joe Biden is not pardoning anyone. He has been legally declared 'mentally unfit to stand trial'. Someone else is putting the questionable 'pardons' in front of him and he just signs them without even reading. Of course he has said, quote: "I just sign whatever they put in front of me." Can an advanced dementia patient change his will? ... No.

So how can Joe Biden sign legally enforceable pardons when he cannot remember what day it is today?

She pretty much slammed that door on herself when she decided to follow the tattoo fad. Does not help that even sans tats, she looks not unlike a mud fence. She should get into Accounting.

If producers want tattoos on the models, male or female, they will have artists draw them on with temporary markers before the shoot. Getting visible tattoos pretty much ends entry into very many careers, but especially in modelling. And getting a tattoo on the neck or head/face pretty much ends everything. Because those kinds of tattoos represent drugs, gangs, and criminals.
