Not going to happen.  Were the Arctic to melt to anywhere near ice-free, before it went ice-free the thermohaline circulation in the North Atlantic would shut down and the new Ice Age would start the following northern-hemisphere winter.

It would take some massive rifting and submarine volcanic activity to even begin to think about thawing that ice pack. Ice free? Someone is smoking crack or went from 'microdosing' on psilocybin to macro (mega) dosing. Pull their grant.
