DARPA’s ADEPT Project on SARS Viruses
The project is called ADEPT (subtitle Advancing National Security Through Fundamental Research), it is signed by DARPA, that is, the very powerful military agency of the Pentagon: the Department of Defense of the United States of America.

DARPA is the acronym for Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. It is one of the most powerful and secret military research centers in the world that controls various biological laboratories at Fort Detrick, the best-equipped bacteriological weapons development center in the world.

1. If Bogey mRNA vaccines are "KILLER VACCINES", where are the millions of excess dead bodies? A billion or two people received one or the other of the mRNA-technology vaccines!

2. In the real world, BioNTech was founded in Germany in 2009 and Moderna in the US in 2010 to develop the necessary processes to develop a useful vaccine technology. This was and is just normal medical research, not some Gatesian genocidal conspiracy.

3. In the real world, Moderna and possibly BioNTech had been doing research using the MERS virus; the SARS, MERS, and SARS-Cov-2 (Covid) viruses are all coronaviruses. "VTForeignPolicy", whoever they are, deceptively or ignorantly conflated the SARS or MERS viruses with the SARS-Cov-2 virus to create their ludicrous conspiracy theory. Actually, it's a recycled conspiracy theory, as this stupidly false claim was posted here and/or on another discussion site a couple of years ago.

4. In the real world, the key to producing an mRNA vaccine is the DNA sequence of the target virus (which was made available to the world in mid-January 2020). Culturing the virus, a time-consuming process, is necessary to create a dead/inactivate virus technology or protein sub-unit prototype vaccine. With the DNA sequence an mRNA technology or viral-vector technology (e.g. the J & J or Oxford/AstraZeneca Covid vaccines) can be prototyped within a week or a few weeks. AstraZeneca's, BioNTech/Pfizer's, J & J's, and Moderna's vaccines were not ready for testing quickly because of some Gatesian--DARPA--Big-Bogey-Pharma conspiracy. They were ready for testing quickly because of how mRNA and Viral-Vector vaccines are developed.
