Do you know the difference between a Tier 1 Navy SEAL and a Tier 2 Navy SEAL? For starters, the U.S. Navy SEALs are a highly capable special operations force in Naval Special Warfare. Honestly, they need no introduction. However, the SEALs have a tier one unit, officially called Naval Special Warfare Development Group, or DEVGRU for short.
