Texas Authorities Smash Major Drug Dealing Operation Tied to Tren de Aragua
 
Authorities seized more than $1 million in narcotics and firearms during a raid at a Houston apartment complex where drug dealers likely tied to the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua were operating with impunity, according to reports.

On Wednesday, Harris County Constable Alan Rosen announced the bust, believed to be the largest in history for Precinct One.

Constable Rosen revealed that an investigation was launched last year after patrol officers pulled over multiple suspicious vehicles near the complex and discovered drugs in all of them.

The problem is what happens to the perps now that they've been arrested.

Chances are, many of them will be back out on the streets before long.
Perhaps Texas has the legal means to prevent this.
