Dad is doing Trump Jr. a favor and maybe helping to smooth things over between him and Guilfoyle as he's been cheating on her for months. Guilfoyle hung in there and was loyal to the family during the campaign in spite of Jr's inability to keep himself in check. It's a good thing they never married.
