US Navy boosts EA-18G aircraft with next-gen jammers to disable enemy radars mid-air
Raytheon has secured a substantial $590 million follow-on production contract from the US Navy for its cutting-edge Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band (NGJ-MB) system.
The NGJ-MB program, developed in partnership with the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), represents a significant advancement in electronic warfare technology.
This contract encompasses the delivery of complete chipsets, support equipment, spare parts, and essential engineering support.

“NGJ-MB is a groundbreaking offensive electronic attack system that equips our Navy warfighters with vital combat capabilities,” said Barbara Borgonovi, president of Naval Power at Raytheon.
