Biden's been running for President since 1984.
Plan A.) The Plan was for Joe to do one term and have an open 2024 Dem Primary, but, then Joe and Jill just loved power too much to give it away.
Plan B.) Because an incumbent President was running in the 2024 Dem Primary, challengers were discouraged by the Establishment and the Donor Class. The Dems did not want a repeat of 1980 when Ted Kennedy challenged Jimmy Carter for the 1980 Dem Presidential Nomination. That weakened the Dem Party and Carter's Campaign's race against Reagan.
Then, to prove how much vigor and stamina Biden still had, they accepted the June debate with Trump. To make matters worse, they had Biden travel to too many countries in too short a succession without leaving him enough time to rest. So, Biden's dumb, incompetent handlers gifted a tired, confused, befuddled, geriatric Joe Biden to the Trump Campaign.
Plan C.) Pick a new nominee at the Dem convention.
Plan D.) In smoke-filled back rooms, Obama and Nancy Pelosi designate Kamala Harris as the Dem Nominee before the Dem Convention convenes. They carry out a pre-Convention virtual nomination vote to give Kamala's coronation legitimacy in a Stalinst way.
Joy, Hope, Turn the Page, We are not going back ... yadda yadda yadda.
Kamala goes on the View and says she wouldn't change a thing (in a change election!).
Kamala goes on FoxNews and has no answers for inflation and illegal immigration. Uh, oh.
Kamala pivots to hating on Trump, Turns Back the Page, and Goes Back. She has Dem retreads of the past, Bubba Clinton and Obama, carry her campaign on their backs. She selects a middle-aged white guy as her VP. She has him be her surrogate in Rust Belt Swing States because racist mysogynist deplorables can relate more easily with Tim Walz. (Progressives believe all heterosexual white Christian men of Western European descent are deplorable people that should be marginalized.)
Cackles angers Progressives and discourages Progressive Dem turnout by being besties with Liz Cheney. Kamala didn't need Liz Cheney. It was an up or down referendum on Donald Trump.
Kammy pisses through $1 Billion. She alienates Progressives and discourages turnout amongst the Dem base. Worse, during a change election, there was nothing she would change. WTF!
It takes more than 1 person to be that stupid. It take a village of morons at the top of the Dem Establishment and Cackles Campaign get Trump elected a 2nd time - with the popular vote this time.
After the loss, Cackles runs away to Hawaii and Obama leads from behind with his abscence.
Plan E.) The Resistance, Part Deux. Adam Schiff cries wolf, and nobody will listen. Nancy Pelosi and Obama make George Clooney the fall guy. Pelosi sharpens her daggers and slithers back from the shadows to undermine Hakkeem Jeffries as Dem House Minority Leader. Pelosi stabs Jerry Nadler in the nads to elevate Jamie Raskin to Kommissar of the House Judiciary Panel.
What other Dems will fall victim to Pelosi's Night of the Long Knives?
If Thune and Johnson can lead and consolidate the Republican majority in the Congress, Trump can own the next two years by steam rolling the dems, resist fake offers of bipartisanship, and treat the minority Dem caucus like they don't exist.
Nancy Pelosi is the Dem Establishment in DC. She is the Dem Party in the House. Other Dem reps are just her pawns. Until Nancy Pelosi leaves Congress, and DC, offers of Dem cooperation and compromise in the House are delay tactics to sabotage the successful execution of the Trump Agenda.
Trump should roll into the White House and use the Office of the Presidency as a bazooka to undo the bad Obama and Biden policies that have hurt this country.
If GOP Congress cannot get their act together, bypass them with Executive Orders, presuming everything is legal until the Supreme Court rules it isn't. If GOP Congress won't carry the ball, make them earn back their relevance. Primary GOP slackers in 2026.
The next two years are Trump's to own if he's willing to take them.
