This is a mistake.  Get control of spending first.  Then we can talk about replacing the income tax with tariffs.  But under no circumstance should we implement tariffs without addressing the other two.

He renegotiates NAFTA and then reneges on the deal. Typical Trump modus operandi, and the reason so many people he has dealt with hate him.
