Knewz.com is reporting that Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson has come under heavy scrutiny for the city's significant budget deficit. The roughly $1 billion deficit has reportedly led to opposition among city council members and locals. Residents are resistant to the tax hike due to Chicago’s already high property tax rates, more than double the national average. Past spending on police and infrastructure has fueled skepticism about budget priorities, particularly as Johnson has pushed for a $300 million tax hike.

It is the only way true leftists act - raise taxes.
Now even more residents will leave that city.
Chicago used to be #2, but has been displaced to #3 and soon #4 as Houston moves past it.
