I would like to think so, but the measure still has 49.2% with 7% if the vote outstanding. 
The $15 minimum wage amendment has caused significant inflation in Florida.  People see "minimum wage" and think the money fairy will take care of it.

Since AP and the LAT have said Prop 32 has been rejected, I'm guessing that an absurd proportion of that remaining 7% would have to be "Yes" votes for Prop 32 to pass. And/or the remaining 7% are from areas unsympathetic to the Proposition.
