No.
History is written by the winners, not bi-partisan commissions.
Biden screwed us.
Joe Biden's Open Border debacle is not drawing to a close.
The debacle that was the Biden Presidency is drawing to a close.
Joe Biden's Open Border debacle is entering a new phase - mass repatriations.
It will not be over until:
1.) Everyone who entered in the country illegally, or who have overstayed their visas, are repatriated to their country of citizenship.
2.) Taxpayers are no longer paying for illegal immigrants' welfare payments.
3.) The Southern Border is physically secured.
4.) U.S. Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agencies are taken out of the Department of Homeland Security.
5.) Congress writes, and the Executive enforces, reformed immigration laws.
6.) Assylum seekers must apply from, and remain, outside the United States.
7.) Refugee Status and Funding for Refugees can only be instantiated by Congressional authorization by the House and the Senate declaring a time-limited, person-count-limited, country-of-origin-limited Refugee Event.
8.) Alejandro Mayorkas is put on trial for human trafficking racketeerting, conspiracy to violate US Immigration Law, and is eventually deported to Cuba and his America citizenship is revoked.
9.) Pirate Equity and Vulture Capital firms, or their subsidiaries, are prosecuted for profiting from Labor and Immigration violations, such as illegally employing school-aged illegal immigrants to work the night cleaning crew at a meat processing plant. Layered shell company structures should not shield their parent companies, and their Executives, from civil and criminal accountability. Willfull blindness to human exploitation, especially inside the United States, is not a civil nor criminal defense.
When it comes to Immigration, as much legal and fiscal discretion as possible needs to be removed from the Executive and restored to Congress.
Never again should a tyrant in the White House be able to wave a magic wand to "decriminalize" an invasion of the United States.
