ACLU Begins Action to Gain Access to Trump Plans for Mass Deportations

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a lawsuit against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Monday seeking information about how the agency might execute President-elect Donald Trump’s plans for a mass deportation program of illegal migrants.

The ACLU is suing the agency to obtain clues about ICE Air Operations, the network of chartered flights used to repatriate thousands of illegal migrants every year after they’ve been ordered deported.

The ACLU says it aims to shed light on how such operation could be rapidly expanded to fulfill Trump’s pledge for mass deportations upon entering office and how the U.S. military could be involved.

Trump has vowed to begin the “largest mass deportation operation” of illegal aliens in American history on his first day in office next year, a threat that he has doubled down on since winning the presidential race earlier this month.

On Monday, Trump confirmed a report he intended to declare a national emergency to activate military resources as part of the mass deportation operation.

The Guardian reports the legal action follows the ACLU Foundation of Southern California (ACLU SoCal) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking details on how ICE’s privately chartered flights might be expanded to expedite deportations.

According to the ACLU, ICE failed to respond to the FOIA request, which was filed in August.

Trump should give them a bunch of BS plans, let them start filing lawsuits, then pull the rug on them and make them look like fools.

Hmm, conversely, may we see Biden's plans to flood America with illegal immigrants. including inbound flights from $h!th0le countries?

If Biden show us his, we'll consider showing you our, after all them have been deported, and the complicit NGO's prosecuted for RICO conspiracy to violate Federal immigration law and to traffic humans for material gain (like more Federal grants, contributions from illegal immigrant advocates, finders' fees from employers, and kickbacks from illegal migrant interests).

The ACLU has not yet achieved it’s core objective which is the destruction of the Republic and it’s replacement with communism.

What we need to do with the ACLU is and then move on to PBS.

Who didn't see this coming?  Lawyers, and every liberal group will be tying up this effort in court. 

Hopefully, Trump is one step ahead of all the shenanigans of those proclaiming civil rights.

IMHO -- ILLEGALS are not citizens and they have no rights under American law nor should we the taxpayer have to pay for their incarceration, food, medical, or housing.

Absolutely.  People need to realize that we are in a situation that it's either them or us.  Either we take care of our own or they will take care of us and not in a way that we're are going to like.  We're basically paying their way into this country while they victimize us.
