The University of Washington president’s property was vandalized overnight, the university said Thursday.

University spokesperson Victor Balta said in an email Thursday evening that “several masked perpetrators” damaged president Ana Mari Cauce’s home and car. Balta said Cauce’s car tires were slashed and “pro-Hamas symbols” were painted on her home and car.

“Free Palestine” and “blood on your hands” appeared to be spray painted on her property, the most recent escalation after UW administrators reached a contentious agreement with encampment protesters in May.

“Making threats against a public official in an attempt to intimidate them is a crime,” Balta said in the statement.  ...

Despite the UW encampment dismantling about six months ago after administration reached an agreement with protesters, tensions have remained high on campus.

The encampment came down after the university committed to funding scholarships for Palestinian students and being more transparent about investment. UW refused to meet demands to cut ties with Boeing or end study abroad in Israel. The encampment had lasted nearly three weeks. ...

If these are students, kick them out. No credit for any course this semester/quarter, and no refunds, either. Then press charges.

Pro-Palestinian vandals invaded the home of University of Washington President Ana Mari Cauce, on Thursday, damaging her car and leaving pro-Hamas symbols, the university confirmed in a statement.

University spokesperson Victor Balta said in an email Thursday evening that “several masked perpetrators” invaded Cauce’s home, where they slashed the tires to her car and painted “pro-Hamas symbols” across multiple surfaces. Videos circulating online show inverted triangles being painted onto home’s walls.

Those recorded promised, “you will not know peace until you meet the demands of our movement.”

Biden needs to get hot on this!  He needs to start flying Palestinians and/or their supporters into America so the kind of chaos he, or his puppet master, want to create can be accomplished before Trump takes over. wink777
