If the ballots are not dated, unconfirmed, and unsigned, then essentially Casey and his cohorts are simply counting 'raw ballots'.
Next, Casey will pull another Biden trick and wind up with 85 million votes.

Republicans are going on the offense in Pennsylvania’s contentious Senate recount battle, filing dozens of cases to ensure only “legal votes” are counted and dispatching hundreds of attorneys and observers to every county in the Keystone State to watch the proceedings.

The RNC’s ground game, which includes “an aggressive, comprehensive, and strategic legal posture,” will continue “for as long as it takes to make sure this election is going to be certified and Dave McCormick is going to be seated in the United States Senate,” RNC Chairman Michael Whatley told reporters on Monday.

Incumbent Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) and McCormick, his GOP challenger, are locked in a razor-thin race. The Associated Press, as well as other outlets, have called the race for McCormick. McCormick has declared victory and already traveled to Washington, D.C., for Senate orientation, though Casey, who has served in the Senate since 2007, has refused to concede. Casey could have stopped the recount and saved Pennsylvania taxpayers about $1 million, but his campaign believes that he has the votes to win.

A recount is triggered in Pennsylvania when the margin of an election is within half of a percentage point.

According to the Pennsylvania Department of State, as of Thursday, Casey, a three-term Democrat, received 48.53% of the vote with 3,359,086 votes cast while McCormick received 48.9% with 3,385,115 votes cast.

What's going on in PA right now is reminiscent of "The Battle of Athens", in 1946 Tennessee.
It took armed citizens to stop that.

(It's what the January 6th incident was about, too. Why do you think those who participated in that were hunted almost right up until the last few days?)

Pennsylvania Supreme Court stops attempt to steal votes

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has sided with the campaign of Republican businessman Dave McCormick in ordering an immediate end to the deliberately unlawful vote-counting efforts of local officials counting votes in McCormick’s hotly contested U.S. Senate race.

Openly flouting a clear, earlier ruling of the state high court, officials in four counties had been tabulating ballots that lacked signatures or dates required by law.

The court’s new decision to block the officials was made 7-0 on the merits and 4-3 on procedural matters, with Justice David Wecht, a liberal with no love lost for the GOP, writing in concurrence:

“It is critical to the rule of law that individual counties and municipalities and their elected and appointed officials, like any other parties, obey orders of this Court. As Justice Felix Frankfurter once wrote: ‘If one man can be allowed to determine for himself what is law, every man can. That means first chaos, then tyranny. … The greater the power that defies law the less tolerant can this Court be of defiance.’” ...

I can't help wondering if there's some jealousy and bitterness from Shapiro after Kamala passed him up (most likely for being too Jewish for her base) and that this is a little shot of revenge. "Oh, darn. You're not going to get an extra senator? That's a shame. At least we still have Fetterman."

The Democrats in Pennsylvania have been smart enough to not hew too far to the left. Shapiro and Fetterman wouldn't last a day in the state to their north so it's only fitting that their Senate representation is split between the parties.

Shapiro's political career is largely over.  He will NEVER be the candidate for the office of POTUS, simply because he is a Jew.  The USA is still not at a place to pick a Jew.  At best, he will be the next Sec of Transportation for a Democommie Administration.  Just another Buttigieg, in terms of future in the federal government leadership.

And the Dems may still steal this election.  Pennsylvania is the most corrupt state in the union.

Bucks County totals decreased by 218 votes, netting McCormick +16.  Monroe County decreased by 41 votes, netting McCormick +13.  These must have been illegal votes that were tossed after the second Supreme Court order.

Today's biggest discrepancies.

Cambria County - went 34.4% for Casey.

155 new votes added today.  128 of those for Casey (82.6%).

704 new votes added.  395 for Casey (56.1%)

Luzerne County - went 43.6% for Casey.

1,985 new votes added.  1,243 for Casey (62.6%)

8,568 new votes added.  6,156 for Casey (71.9%)

Delaware County - went 60.4% for Casey.

3,066 new votes added.  2,074 for Casey (67.7%)



Philadelphia County added only 106 votes (compared to the 8500+ that Montgomery County added).  So I'm expecting a big drop from them in the next couple of days.
