The courts have already spoken on this more than once so I doubt seriously that any of this ends up changing the election day result.

If he wins, it will be a public denunciation of, not just Pennsylvania, it will rebuke the entire American Election System entirely.

From the counties on this list, only Washington County shows additional ballots that are consistent with their total so far. Each of the remaining counties in this list show outliers favoring Casey. None favoring McCormick.

Bucks County - Casey received 49% of that vote, but is pulling 75% of the added votes. Allegheny County - 59% of the total vote, but 71% of the added votes. York County - 37% of the total vote, but 52% of the added votes.

Ballots are unmarked so if they've been added to the pool they can't be removed.

If county officials knowing break the law counting ballots and mix them into the general pool they should go to prison and the county's vote excluded from the states votes. Make this shit have real consequences.

CNN showing another 12,000 Casey-McCormick votes added (not counting 3rd Party). 68.7% for Casey. 31.3% for McCormick. McCormick's lead is at 17,501.

What they are not reporting is how many more ballots will show up after the 80,000 known provisional ballots are counted.

Since the provisional ballots were announced, vote totals have increased by roughly 14,000 which would leave 66,000 remaining.

If all this is correct, then Casey would need 63% of the remaining ballots to win. Republicans need to be filing lawsuits right now. Or at least be observing the process.

My thought is that once we hit that magic 80K number, McCormick will still be ahead. That's when Round 2 begins, when they start checking the trunks of cars parked in the parking lots.

Democrats will NEVER let go of this. Since they have managed to 'manufacture' some kind of question, since they successfully created a perception of doubt, which was their whole goal from the start, now they will do indefinite so-called 'recounts' for as long as they can get away with it. They will do recounts into next year or until some final authority says "ENOUGH!" and ends it. If it is left up to the Democrats, they will conduct infinite 'recounts' with no end.

Democrats behave like children when no adult is in the room. They will never stop on their own. On the contrary, Casey is LOVING this.

Until someone with authority goes in and physically stops them, they will keep going on and on and on and on and on on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on ...

Following our latest RNC lawsuit, today the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled yet again that undated ballots CANNOT BE COUNTED.
No more excuses. Election officials in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and other counties have absolutely no choice but to reject illegal ballots. We will hold them to it.

Casey's gang of criminals do not care what the so-called 'law' says. They have vowed to continue 'recounting' until they can make Casey win. The Penn governor is silent (head in the sand - pretending it is not happening) and the State AG supports the steal. Who knows how/where/when this will end.

Republicans are going on the offense in Pennsylvania’s contentious Senate recount battle, filing dozens of cases to ensure only “legal votes” are counted and dispatching hundreds of attorneys and observers to every county in the Keystone State to watch the proceedings.

The RNC’s ground game, which includes “an aggressive, comprehensive, and strategic legal posture,” will continue “for as long as it takes to make sure this election is going to be certified and Dave McCormick is going to be seated in the United States Senate,” RNC Chairman Michael Whatley told reporters on Monday.

Incumbent Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) and McCormick, his GOP challenger, are locked in a razor-thin race. The Associated Press, as well as other outlets, have called the race for McCormick. McCormick has declared victory and already traveled to Washington, D.C., for Senate orientation, though Casey, who has served in the Senate since 2007, has refused to concede. Casey could have stopped the recount and saved Pennsylvania taxpayers about $1 million, but his campaign believes that he has the votes to win.

A recount is triggered in Pennsylvania when the margin of an election is within half of a percentage point.

According to the Pennsylvania Department of State, as of Thursday, Casey, a three-term Democrat, received 48.53% of the vote with 3,359,086 votes cast while McCormick received 48.9% with 3,385,115 votes cast.

The vote has been already corrupted anyway. I cannot imagine how they can declare Casey a 'winner' with a tainted vote count which even they themselves admit is founded on illegal votes.

This is the craziest thing I have ever seen in American elections since the old Dixiecrat South or the Chicago style politics. Casey is attempting to revive the old way politics used to work in early 1900s. Yes, it's illegal ... so what? Casey still won!

So the next step is you need to file a police report against these people who are authorizing to count these ballots. They are defying a direct Supreme Court order. Have them arrested.
