Neighbors told KOMO News they initially thought the sound of smashing glass was the result of people being upset about the election results."My first thought was, ‘are people getting upset over this election? Or is somebody trying to break and enter?'" a neighbor said.Neighbors called police to the home on Spear Place South after they heard smashing glass.When officers arrived, they said heard a "clapping noise" coming from inside the residence. Police said Corey Burke then approached them and was observed to be visibly disoriented with blood on her arms and face.When officers asked Corey Burke about the clapping noise they heard moments earlier, she told them "she had been clapping inside her home, because she was happy, so she started clapping." ...
