WASHINGTON, D.C. — Early reports from Capitol Hill indicated that President-Elect Donald Trump's upcoming second term was already off to a contentious start, with Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi reportedly drafting articles of impeachment against him for his involvement in the 2024 presidential election.

"He won, and that's against the law," Pelosi said. "And, quite frankly, he's admitted it. He's admitted to winning the election, but no one is above the law."

Though Pelosi no longer serves as Speaker of the House and was unable to cite any specific law or statute Trump had broken by winning the election, she remained determined to follow through on impeaching him again.

"He must be held accountable for this heinous crime," Pelosi continued. "This is an urgent matter. We don't have time to deal with citing actual reasons why he should be impeached. That's not necessary. The important thing is to make sure he gets impeached for... something. We cannot let him be president again because that would be very bad for me, and that's illegal."

The line between satire and reality has been so blurred by the antics of the democratic party, it's tough at the headline level to tell what's real.

The People have spoken.

Hoist Pelosi and her henchmen from their own petards.

Put the impeachment to a vote in the House.

Members who don't vote 'No' should be removed from all their committee assignments for the next Congressional session.

If House Members don't want to respect "Democracy", they don't deserve the privilege of committee membership.

The pro-impeachment Reps would be the ones most likely to use their committee assignments to leak information.  No point having rats on committees.

It's also an opporunity to "elevate" pragmatic Dems with committee assignments at the expense of the Impeachment Caucus Dems. 

GOP will be able to F-over Pelosi at least twice.  First by denying Impeachment Caucus Dems committee assignments they would abuse for resistance.  Second by reducing the status and efficacy of Pelosi and her henchmen within the Dem caucus.

There will be plausible deniability for being openly partisan because only Dems who did not vote 'No' will be effected.  Dems who voted 'No' will get committee assignments that otherwise would have gone to the Pelosi's gang members.

Make Dem House Members choose between Pelosi and their own self-interest.  Pelosi will go bat$h!t crazy being neutered by her political machinations.
