For all of the pre-election bellyaching from Kamala Harris and her party’s pets in the media about fascism, it is Attorney General Merrick Garland who presided over a Justice Department that has been the epitome of the other F-word.

Whether it be the storming of Mar-a-Lago, the unleashing of the fearsome political Gestapo that is the modern FBI on parents and pro-life protesters, the chilling threats to critics or the unjust lawfare prosecutions of President-elect Donald J. Trump and his associates, the former federal judge has been a textbook police state thug.

Of all, who say they are moving overseas post DJT victory , I'd thought Garland would near at the top of that list.

I'll bet big money, that there is way way more behind the scenes of ultimate criminal activity, at the highest level of government.  Garland makes AG Eric Holder look like a piker.

The first thing the new AG needs to do is review all the actions of the previous DOJ, and give the boot or jail time to each and every one of these jackboots, including Garland.

By January 20, not only will Garland be gone, but so will a lot of records at the "just us" department.

Better to destroy the incriminating files, on the gamble that your successors won't have the nerve to prosecute you for doing so, than to leave them in place and provide the incriminating evidence...
