As some are saying that this has to be a put-up and fake, let me add a situation that I was apart of:
About 9 months ago, I was at my local CVS picked up a prescription and as I was walking out I went down the candy aisle and saw that they had Good & Plenty for two boxes for $3. I had not had them in a long time so I went for it.

Got up to the front cashier and gave him three ones and a quarter for the $3.21 bill. This kid rang up the sale took my money and gave me back $0.68 in change. Yes I got $0.68 back when I should have gotten $0.04 back. So don't tell me this must be fake. I handed the kid the $0.68 back and told him that this was wrong and it should be only $0.04. He did not understand! I told him again to give me four cents and he did and I left but I did call corporate CVS and informed them of what happen. Corporate CVS was shocked!

It happens all the time. The younger generation is lost in technology; looking at the cash register in order to know how much change to give back .... figuring out a simple math equation .... not knowing how to use a dictionary, nor the library ... not knowing cursive, etc., we've mentioned this in a different thread before.

If our grid goes down they will be sunk as they have not been allowed to simply think on their own or problem solve on their own.

LB:

I'm not disagreeing with you on what you are saying, but it is deeper then that. The point of sale cash register told him that the sale was $3.21 and if he put the amount that I gave him in,  the register tells him that I get back four cents and that didn't happen!! or it did and he could not read and understand it. IE my post "You can't fix stupid"

"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."
- J. R. R. Tolkien

Sadly, we are not educating our population any longer.

I see it every day.  Virtually every person working at a grocery store ahs to look at the register to see how much change they need to return to the customer.  Almost none know how to figure that out in their head.  We are in fact becoming an extremely dumb nation, and with the flooding of illegal invaders that do not have a 2nd grade education, we are getting worse yet.

We do not teach geography, history, writing, and math.  So, what are we teaching?  Looks like next to nothing.  Oh wait, we are teaching boys can be girls, and girls can be boys.  We are teaching CRT, and other such nonsense, but next to nothing to advance these kids and enable them to function in society.

America is in full decline.  Sad to witness.
