I don't believe for a moment they are asking that question.  They are planning to obstruct the Trump 2nd term like never before.

They will never admit they did anything wrong.  Watching idiot Bill Maher right now with guests Donna Brazile and Andrew Sullivan.  In listening to Brazile who remains a heavy strategist for the Democommies, she sure sounds like they did nothing wrong.  Sullivan sat there itemizing the things done wrong, and she disagreed with him.

If the Dems are serious about reform of their machine, the first thing they should do is jettison Donna Brazile from the discussions of what next, an individual with zero credibility.  This bimbo should have been tossed to the far corner of no where America and forgotten, and yet she is still a leader of the Democommies.  No mystery here why they perform so poorly when absolute idiots with no credibility, no honor advise them.

They threw over a billion dollars at the election, as if that would solve the fundamental problems with their positions on what ever issues that were actually voiced: as in be free to kill your baby, anytime.
This was their solution to the economy they had created that made it hard to afford having kids,

well,that and importing millions of people who don't speak the language...

...and blaming everything (when they had been in control for nearly 4 years) on Trump.

Money may talk, but even that was over whelmed by their bullshit, 24/7 on the cable news channels and coming from 'entertainters' and influenzers.

Even poorly educated Americans, especially many without the 'benefit' of college indoctrination, saw through it.
