In my US House race Mariannette Miller Meeks v. Christine Bohannan, it looked last night like MMM had lost to the Rat pretty handily, but this a.m. she's now down only 1K votes with Washington county not reporting anything. They are heavy GOP and MMM won by 2K votes in '20, so she may have it, and we know every seat counts right now.

My county - even 10 years ago we'd lose to the Rats in almost every countywide race 2-1 or worse. 20 years ago it could be as bad as 4-1.

We finally turned the corner in '20, and this election it completely reversed. We wiped the Rats out everywhere. All that toil and work all those years so many of us did has finally paid off. Almost all the other union Rat counties have done the same.

Yeah, it's a particularly dangerous time immediately after an election in which the incumbent party scrambles to jam as much of its agenda through Congress and the federal agencies before the new president and legislators arrive and are sworn in in January.

Texas turned even more red yesterday flipped two seats and one open seat in the house red along with one senate seat while holding all statewide offices easily.
