24 pages on this thread when I jumped back on. Wow!
Well, I was wrong. I thought the Dems would cheat their way to another victory. Does not look like it will happen now. Amen!!!
And the Republicans picked up a majority in the Senate that if they win all the remaining contests will give them 55 or 56 seats in the Senate. How wonderful!
The House is still up in the air, with 3 flips on each side of the aisle. However, with the coattails that appear apparent, I am optimistic that Trump carries enough, even if it is a majority of one to generate a majority in the House.
When they take office, I hope they do not waste the first year messing with Obamacare. Focus on getting things done for the American people. And work to establish solid legislation to end the nightmare of the border invasion.
And I suggest that Trump use the folks that worked in the boutique management consulting industry in appointed positions whose industry was completely annihilated by Obama (90%+ are conservative and would gladly step in and streamline government to a lean machine that is highly productive versus the current mess there now across the board).
Doing so would save billions of dollars, increase output, employee satisfaction, and many other benefits that translate into savings dollar wise.
Last time, Trump kept 1,400 Obama appointees for over one year after taking office. Utilizing the above mentioned resources, he can start day one with folks loyal to him and not the Dems, Biden, Obama or Harris. Time to purge all the Democommies from our government.
