PA County Switches To Paper Ballots After Machines Fail on Election Day.



Pennsylvania’s Cambria County has been forced to make an election day switch to paper ballots following widespread issues with voting machines in the heavily Republican locality.The technology issue predominately impacts ballot scanners, meaning the printed electronic votes must be hand-counted for tabulation.

Fulton County Polling Sites Evacuated After Bomb Threats.



Two polling sites in Fulton County were briefly evacuated Tuesday morning after receiving bomb threats. According to Nadine Williams, Fulton County’s Director of Registration and Elections, five polling stations in total were targeted. While authorities deemed the threats non-credible, the Etris-Darnell Community Center and C.H. Gullatt Elementary School were evacuated for about half an hour. Both sites have since reopened and resumed normal operations.Williams says the county is now pursuing a court order to extend voting hours at these two locations past the standard 7 PM statewide deadline to make up for the interruption.

UPDATE: Judge Rules in Missouri Suit Against DOJ Over Poll Monitors



Late Monday night, U.S. District Court Judge Sarah Pitlyk issued her ruling on Missouri's request for a temporary restraining order as to DOJ attorneys dispatched to monitor a polling location in the City of St. Louis. Pitlyk denied Missouri's request for a TRO on the basis that the state did not adequately demonstrate that it would be irreparably harmed by allowing "two individuals at one polling place to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act." It's important to note that the proposed monitoring as to the City of St. Louis derived from a settlement agreement reached between the DOJ and the City in 2021 after ADA concerns were raised. It involved one polling place and had been implemented/followed in two prior elections, as well.

Biden-Harris DOJ BLOCKED From Entering Texas Polling Stations Hours After AG Ken Paxton Sues Department



At the 11th hour the Biden-Harris DOJ announced it would send federal goons to “monitor” 8 Texas counties as they count ballots.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton immediately sued and requested a restraining order. The DOJ backed off on Tuesday.

“Texans run Texas elections, and we will not be bullied by the Department of Justice,” said Attorney General Paxton. “The DOJ knows it has no authority to monitor Texas elections and backed down when Texas stood up for the rule of law. No federal agent will be permitted to interfere with Texas’s free and fair elections,” Ken Paxton said on Tuesday.

Exit Polls: Republicans in Guam Flip the Legislature for First Time in 16 Years



The Republican Party in Guam flipped the legislature for the first time in nearly 16 years, according to exit polls and unofficial election results.

In a post on Facebook, KUAM News posted an exit poll from the University of Guam in which “300 votes were collected from students.”

The exit poll from the university found that out of 300 responses, the race to represent Guam’s At-Large Congressional District between Republican Del. James Moyan and Democratic candidate Ginger Cruz was essentially tied “right down the middle,” with a “difference” of three voters “between the two.”

Republicans were also favored to have “taken the majority” in the Senatorial races in Guam.

Guam Pacific Daily News reported that as of 1:30 a.m. had received 53.6 percent of the vote, or 7,898 votes, while Cruz had received 45.05 percent of the vote, or 6,802 votes.

Georgia poll worker faces 25 years for fake bomb threat, promising 'beatdown' and 'rage rape'

Six months ago, Georgia College and State University celebrated its recent graduate Nicholas Wimbish for managing a voting precinct at the Jones County Senior Center.

He had earned an "Election Administration Certificate" through exhaustive polling, voting administrative work and classes on the U.S. Constitution, election laws, policymaking, democracy and Southern politics, the school said.

Now Wimbish is facing 25 years in prison for "mailing a bomb threat, conveying false information about a bomb threat, mailing a threatening letter, and making false statements to the FBI" related to his work as a Jones County poll worker, the Justice Department announced Monday.
