Have you ever been contacted for a presidential preference poll?  I've been a voter almost 50 years....   and No. 

Just curious.  If you have...  how often?

Maybe I have, maybe not, because if I do not recognize the number, I let the machine take it. Most leave no message. Yeah, I have a landline, still.
About half of the time I do a reverse number lookup from the caller ID, the number does not exist.

Two weeks ago I mistakenly answered one.  He ran thru the choice Trump. Harris. Stien.and or other.  I said I was voting for the convicted felon and hung up.

6-12 texts a day.  I block the numbers and I continue to get more.  It's ridiculous.  I'll be glad when this election is over.

Well, I have one e-mail account that gets spammed at least 15 times a day by the Harris. Walz, Emhoff, crew asking for money. Screw 'em, I don't donate to spouse/date abusers. I don't surf the web, do e-mail, or social media on my phone.

Yes but not this year. I don't generally answer unknown numbers but will sometimes answer for Selzer because they are about the only pollsters I trust.

I made the mistake of answering a poll call a couple of years ago. My phone was blown up after that.

If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer. It's either political calls, people selling Medicare Part C or people selling extended car warranties. I don't even bother to get up to answer the phone until I hear a familiar voice on the answering machine.
