Rival nations try to ‘divide, degrade, deceive’ US voters, experts say

Russia, China and Iran view next week’s presidential election as an opportunity to weaken American democracy by sowing doubt about the voting process and targeting one of the government’s key tenets — the peaceful transition of power, several cybersecurity and military experts said Thursday.

America’s election infrastructure is safe and secure, and voters should feel confident in the process, said Suzanne Spaulding, a former undersecretary for the Department of Homeland Security who now works with the Center for Strategic and International Studies.


However, some foreign actors are trying to persuade voters to view the process as too corrupt to participate in, and these same actors will likely try to convince Americans after Election Day that the results were illegitimate, she said.

Democrat Equity and Inclusion has ruined this country.  We are about to cross over to $36 trillion in debt, biggest debt in the galaxy.  The government workforce is bloated with DEI hires.  Hiring, in both public and private sectors, should be based on a persons skills and experience rather than Race, Gender, and a political agenda.   :patriot:

I wasn't planning on saying anything about this, but Al and the Rino have inspired me.  Why worry about what other countries are doing to our election process when democrats and republicans have that already well in hand?  The lies, conspiracy theories, half-truths, distortions, etc., etc., etc., coming from the political parties is almost impossible for other countries to match.  Frederick Douglass warned almost 200 years ago the only way America could be destroyed was from within.  Democrats and republicans are proving him correct.
