Quote
With only NINE days left until what Jake Tapper fears will be the Trumpocalypse, his sheer desperation caused poor Jake to drop any pretense of being a journalist and attempted not an interview but a deranged star chamber interrogation of J.D. Vance. Note the stark contrast of Tapper shouting like a lunatic at Vance with his calm demeanor while calmly interviewing Liz Cheney immediately afterwards. Mark down Jake Tapper as perhaps needing to be strapped down to a gurney on the evening of November 5 as he screams incoherently about what a cruel world it is just before a leather strap is inserted into his mouth for his own protection.

  • I was a "conspiracy theorist". Now I'm just right.
OBJECTION!
Counsel is badgering the witness.

This crap would never be tolerated in any court. Tapper was just trying to cram his talking points in so fast that he would not let JD speak, but JD did anyway, to his credit, remaining calm while doing so.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

JD points out (if you can hear him over motor mouth) the leftist technique of building strawmen from clips of sentences, words, and phrases from different contexts and kludging them together to generate another idea to argue against. That needs to be called out more. But with such a homogenized media in the mainstream, those strawmen are reported as fact eventually, and that's the reason ABCNNBCBS are all dead to me.

JD is the real deal.

Yes he is.  He is joining a roster of great Executive Office communicators like Reagan, Clinton, and Obama.

Tapper got pwned.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.
