Honestly, this thread is a great example of why I rarely post here any more. An edgy comic makes an un-PC joke, and a bunch of people here are ready to throw in the towel, or spin complex conspiracy theories about sabotage and colluding with the other side.

No one except the media establishment cares about this, and they are less relevant than ever before. Tomorrow, they'll have something else to blather about, and no one except them will care about that either.

The media's hyperbolic outrage over this will do nothing to effect the outcome of the election. They are increasingly irrelevant.

Good grief.  Throw in the towel?  No.  All I was saying is that the comedian at the rally did Trump no favors and I am curious as to who booked him.  That is all.

IMO, your question is a prime example of "fanning the flames" of this story ... sucking the positive energy out of the event and providing shovelfuls of food for the liberal political and media trolls searching for any diversion from the Harris reality.

It makes no difference who scheduled the comedian; none whatsoever.  We don't need to start our own witch hunts ---- certainly not at this point.

The story is a Hail Mary pass for the Harris campaign.  Let it go.

Our site's fury over this is puzzling.   Cringe Comedy is a big thing, and honestly this is mild versus other bits I have seen on KT.  Did you see the ciip of Don Rickles I posted earlier?  No difference, and it reflected a time when people could laugh at themselves.

You're reading way too much into my curiosity.  I'm not fanning the flames nor starting a witch hunt; that's ridiculous.  It's also ridiculous to think that someone in the Trump campaign or the Trump family also scheduled this azz, but somehow he was able to take the stage.

I'm pretty conviced that Hinchcliffe was added as a favor to Rogan.  And I would say with 99.99% certainty that Trump had no ideas what kind of level of "cringe" the KT host would bring to the event.  I figured the more shocking comments  would have involved language and sexuality.

Today on The 5 Jessica Tarlov, who could barely contain her excitement, reported that someone on Trump's team read the *jokes* beforehand that were to be used only asking to remove one that mentioned Harris...IOW's the joke was approved by the Trump team..

It is partially an age issue. It is either gay weirdo crap or stuff that I have already seen. There is nothing new under the sun.
