1. Trump didn't say it.
2. Most American  Puerto Ricans have left PR, and probably for a reason.
3. Due to left wing governance, honesty ....  PR is a garbage dump.

A few days ago, we went to see Joe Machi at a club gig, and towards the end, he requested that all phone recording end, so he could use the joke without being cancelled.   This is a nation, with a so called 1st Amendment.  Disgusting, as cancel culture has been honed primarily to silence conservative more than anyone else.

Machi is one of Gutfeld's chief writers, and is funny as hell.  In fact Gutfeld's Friday show's Block 1 is based on unused Machi jokes during the week.

Tony Hinchcliffe a right leaning  Austin Comic with a history of irreverant comedy decides to clue in the  Kamala campaign that he is going to use a Puerto Rican joke.  And then with that data in hand, Kamala rushes to a Puerto Rican restaurant for a opposing campaign photo op.  Do you know anything about comedy?  Routines are 90% created on the fly, and improvised.  Under what alternate universe, would this ever occur.

That may be, but if the Trump campaign wasn't concerned about it affecting Trump's chances of winning, they wouldn't have issued a statement:

   Good grief. My voice isn't going to determine if Trump wins PA and I'm not fanning flames; the DEMS and the MSM are taking full advantage.  Again, there are over 500,000 Puerto Ricans in PA.  They could determine whether or not Trump wins PA.
