To save Mother Gaia, we must turn every swamp and march into parking lots.
Die, methane, die!
Has anyone ever done a study of the lifecycle of methane? Methane is present on planets and moons throughtout our galaxy. As a dullard, I interpret that to mean that methane is a basic building block of more complex eco-feedback loops. It would be nice to know what happens to methane released into the atmosphere ... does it linger? does it get converted into something else? Methane exists because it serves some purpose. It would nice to know what that purpose is.
It was microbes that oxygenated the Earth. We have microbes to thank for the air we breath. Thank you, microbes.
