What eye rolling nonsense.
If the climate changes, the floral/faunal zones shift toward the poles or toward the equator, depending on whether the temperature goes up or down. Animals will migrate to the climate that suits them best over time, and the flora they depend on will go with them, in the form of seeds dropped with fertilizer, out the back. Predators will follow the herd, scavengers will follow the predators. Nature will do what nature has always done: adapt or die.
Now, for the unnatural (as in artificial), we have technology to compensate for even the seasonal variations in our environment. "climate controlled" is just one description. If we are not so foolish as to divest ourselves of the ability to adapt, we'll survive. The alternative is a less pleasant outcome for those who experience it.
Odd that so many who are spewing all this climate panic, are also (and have been since at least Malthus) desirous of eliminating their fellow humans in vast numbers. Maybe that's why they want to shut down reliable energy sources and bankrupt those left with wild-eyed not ready for prime time technologies that ultimately are designed to produce more profits and tragedy than results.
Of course the efforts to stop climate change will fail. Humans aren't responsible for it in the first place. We're just along for the ride. Now whether we run those rapids in a comfy pod, or clinging desperately to a log, well, that's our decision.
