BREAKING: A lawsuit has been filed against Maricopa County to force them to document EVERYTHING that happens with ballots on, before, & after election night and also to close a secret fraud loophole that allows election workers to change votes

It's an uncontested fact that Maricopa County did NOT maintain proper chain of custody in 2020 and 2022 and also violated the federal election records retention law. They even deleted certain data from the voting machines before handing them to the State Senate Auditors. This lawsuit serves a greater purpose than thought at face value. By filling this, (1) it invalidates the latches argument after the election because we have established a timely concern, and (2) if the county disputes the facts, then the onus is on them to make ZERO mistakes because if they do, a post-election lawsuit will be a slam dunk.

The lawsuit also reveals that in 2022, Maricopa County conducted a practice where they took votes that had already been counted and "retabulated" them at their pleasure. "Because of this unlawful practice, it is entirely possible for Maricopa County employees to change the outcomes of elections by swapping out ballots to include votes for their preferred candidates and propositions (for or against)."

Attorney @Ryan_L_Heath
wants the court to issue an order compelling the county to run a LEGAL, and more importantly, establishing that failure to follow the law will bring the validity of the election into question.

Little late for this now isn't it?
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."
