Rosie O’Donnell’s eldest daughter, Chelsea Belle O’Donnell, was arrested twice since September on drug trafficking and child neglect charges, according to a report by In Touch.

On September 10, officers from the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office arrived at Chelsea’s house after she called them during an argument with her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund. In the audio, Chelsea told someone to get “away” from her. Once the police arrived, they asked if she was fighting with her boyfriend, but she claimed that everything was OK, although they got into a “verbal fight,” the outlet reported. ...

The officers detailed the horrifying scene inside the residence, claiming that there were visible dirty needles after drug use and “moldy dishes” in the kitchen.

“The inside of the home was disgusting; throughout the house I saw rotten food, dirty moldy dishes, milk that stunk so bad it almost made me puke, dirty diapers, used female hygiene products, unclean underwear with feces and blood stains and used razor blades on the floor,” the officer wrote. “The living conditions in the house were horrible. I searched in the bathroom and did not find anything of interest. I then assisted with searching that downstairs bedroom that was Chelsea’s and Jacob’s. Deputy Veriha had located a used meth pipe and a gem bag with meth in it.” ...

Well lord only knows who Chelsea’s biological parents are or how genetically and mentally screwed up she was before the fat pig got her hands on her, but I want to know where is grandma Rosie while this poor child is living in a hell hole? Is she just not giving a shit because neither her daughter or grandchild are blood relations? I think the only reason the bitch adopted any of the kids was simply for the visual they afforded her of being something she clearly isn’t ‘normal’ and has never had any motherly love or even cared about any of them.

I agree, but as a grandparent she’s right there with Joe and Jill as far as I can see, actually she and Joe might have a great deal in common with raising daughters and ignoring particular grandchildren. they are members of the Scum of the Earth Club.

I saw an interview with Rosie where she was whining that her son joined the military just to make her crazy. Personally I think its was to get away from the crazy.
