Social media goes into meltdown as Saturday Night Live destroys Kamala Harris: 'It's over. The Democrats have lost SNL'

Recent Saturday Night Live skits mocking Kamala Harris have sparked social media uproar - as many viewers believe these sketches are bad news for the candidate.

The iconic late-night show has been airing sketches featuring the Democratic presidential nominee since 2019, when she was president Joe Biden's running mate.

Famously played by Maya Rudolph, Harris' character has now been hurdled into the spotlight as the November election approaches - and SNL fans have had a lot to say about her portrayal.

Robby Starbuck wrote on X: 'When SNL is doing skits like this, you know that they think Kamala’s cooked. Mood shifted.

'I see zero on the ground excitement for her. The whole administration is a joke to normal people. A sick, sad, long joke that we’re ready to be done with!'

In a YT Rabbit Hole exercise, I have watched a dozen or two hours of independent folks taking their Iphone on the road in Swing States, and asking about their presidental preferences the past month.

Here are my generalized observations from these:

1. Very surprised how many black men are trending for Trump.  Words like gansta, and badass were common descriptive captions of their thoughts around him.
2.  90+% of Harris supporters either cited...  She's not Trump or Reproductive rights concerns.  Nothing hardly around any core issue.
3. I can't totally vouch for the randomness of the street, but overall it looked about like 60/40 for Trump
4. Vitriol Meter?  Trump supporters?  I'd guess a "5 or 6".   Harris supporters?  A mouth foaming "9"
5. There were also, I 'd guess about 5- 10% who refused to comment.  From body language and expressions, I'd bet $50 the majority of them were secretly for Trump.
6. There definitely is a sex bias.  There will be no doubt which candiate will carry which gender.  And what was a hoot, was that there were serveral disagreements of preferential candidates within couples.

I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.
