Trump finally caught up me. I have said Kamala is 'retarded' for months. But the term retarded is not 'horrific' in this case. Retarded is not being used as a pejorative insult when referring to Kamala. Kamala behaves like a retarded person in the technical and medical definition of the word.
No one is calling Kamala retarded as an empty insult. They are simply pointing out in a factually correct way that she exhibits mental deficiencies which lead people to that conclusion. Should we say she is mentally stunted? Should we say she is mentally deficient?
What is the favored 'new speak' term which replaced the word retarded? Because no one is ever going to call her behavior normal for her age and her background.
