Fox News anchor asks of Walz, ‘Who wants a knucklehead a heartbeat away from the presidency?’’

Democrats not only have a major problem on their hands with the suddenly flailing Kamala Harris but also with her self-confessed “knucklehead” of a running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.
While Harris’ belated media interview tour has been a roaring dumpster fire, she’s not getting much help from the bottom of the ticket, especially after Walz’s own disastrous interview with ABC host Michael Strahan.
On Friday’s edition of “America Reports,” anchor John Roberts and Fox News analyst Karl Rove discussed the Walz-Strahan interview after beginning the segment with a clip of “Tampon Tim” from the sit-down with the former NFL star.
During the “Good Morning America” interview, Strahan put the goofy governor on the spot about his impressive collection of misstatements about his biography.
“Well, like I said, they know who I am. I know who I am, I know the work that I’ve done, I know that things get spun in a political environment,” Walz said. “But I think what they see is, if they want to compare that, talking about immigration policy or seeing the things that Donald Trump would say, I think there’s a big difference than missing a date when you’re there and again, spinning something for political reason.”
When it comes to explaining away their own faults and shortcomings, “Muh Trump” is always the fallback for Democrats, but fewer and fewer people are buying it.
“I mean, he’s called himself a knucklehead and voters might be rightly asking themselves, ‘Who wants a knucklehead a heartbeat away from the presidency?'” Roberts asked Rove.
