Two high-ranking New York officials have been caught on camera wrestling with each other over a phone at an official event at Gracie Mansion on Tuesday night.
City Department of Corrections press secretary Annais Morales and DOC member Mariam Singh struggled with each other in a diva donnybrook that was finally stopped by two uniformed corrections officers, a video posted to X revealed....
