Recent costs of hurricanes amounts to approximately $2.6 trillion dollars.  Here is the breakdown of the costs, but I couldn't find a dollar amount that FEMA has assisted with:

Recently Joe has stated that disaster assistance is available for 17 counties; again I couldn't find a figure of FEMA dollars spent.

I cannot find a consistent dollar amount that the US has given to Ukraine. It ranges from appx $50 billion to $175 billion. 

Though there are reports that the U.S. spent $60 million on illegals, I also find a report that states that we've spent $150 billion; again the reported numbers are not consistent.

Congress recently replenished a key source of FEMA's response efforts, providing $20 billion for the agency's disaster relief fund as part of a short-term government spending bill to fund the government through Dec. 20. The bill also gave FEMA flexibility to draw on the money more quickly as needed.

Pictures @bottom link of FEMA stations set up.  IMO things look pretty sparse.  Luckily we have individuals like Trump, Musk, Samaratians Purse, Mercury, one, etc., helping out.

Bottom line America and Americans needs to come first period.
