ICE Arrests Three-Time Deported Ecuadorian Sex Predator
 
An illegal alien from Ecuador who has been convicted of various crimes, including sexual assault and illegal reentry, has been apprehended by federal authorities yet again.

On Friday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the arrest of the Ecuadorian criminal this week at Otisville Federal Correctional Facility in New York.

The Ecuadorian, whose name and age have been withheld, was first caught entering the U.S. illegally in 2010 near Naco, Arizona.

He was charged with violating the Immigration and Nationality Act, issued a notice to appear, and released into the interior.
